Cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Are you licensed, insured, and bonded?
Yes, we are licensed in the State of Idaho, we have general liability insurance, and we are bonded.

Do you have a public works license?

Are you a member of the Better Business Bureau?
Yes. We have an A+ Rating.

Do you accept small jobs?
Yes. We can do small jobs such as installing ceiling fans, outlets and switches, dedicated circuits, and more.

How long have you been in business?
We opened the business in 2017.

What is your hourly rate?
We charge $110 per hour for a Journeyman or a Master Electrician. Apprentices are $65 per hour.

Do you have a minimum charge for service calls?
Yes. Our minimum trip charge is $220 for one electrician. This includes 30 minutes of travel time plus two hours of troubleshooting. Materials are extra.

Do you have a cancellation fee?
No, but we do request at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment.

What is your service area?
Prime Electrical travels to: Parma, Fruitland, Notus, Wilder, Homedale, Marsing, Melba, Middleton, Caldwell, Nampa, Kuna, Meridian, Star, Eagle, Boise, Emmett, Smith's Ferry, Cascade, Donnelly, McCall, and Payette.
